What a difference a good office set up can make....

When I started my own business, I spent more time working at a desk than I ever had before (aside from undergrad and PT school) and boy was I paying for it.

I had neck pain, back pain, jaw pain, hip pain and it sucked.

Even though I "knew better" I pushed through it and did a few stretches here and there, but then I said enough was enough. I took a good look at my office set up and was able to make some quick and easy changes to my office set up so that I had less pain during the day which actually let me get more work done and have more energy to do more things during the day which has been amazing. I continue to do exercises to help with pain relief and I regularly go through the checklist in this program to make sure I don't slip back into bad habits.

Now isn't a great time to buy any new office furniture...will this still help me?

Absolutely! The first session of this program walks you through quick fixes you can make to your office space without spending a dime on furniture!

Will this program tell me what furniture to buy?

Not exactly. I don't believe in hard recommendations, because truth be told, the perfect furniture for one person may not work for the next. In this program, I walk you through a process to determine the right products for you based on key measurements that are specific to you. From there, you can choose what works best for you!
