So I put my PT brain to work and created this workshop to help you do a little self-screen to figure out what is causing your pain so that you can get relief at home on your own terms.

Yes! You definitely don't need any kind of diagnosis to benefit from this workshop! If you have elbow, wrist, or hand pain, this can help. This workshop includes a lot of education and showing you many different things you can do when you have an carpal tunnel pain or things that may be mimicking carpal tunnel syndrome. This program will walk you a screening to help determine what is causing your pain and will walk you through different exercises based on what is bring on your symptoms and you can decide which exercises help the most.
The workshop training is about an hour long with instruction, exercise demo, and discussing progression and modifications. You can work through it at your own pace and you will have access to it in your course dashboard to go back and rewatch if you'd like. This workshop also includes written transcripts and downloadable guides with images and video links for quick and easy access.
