Pain is a really complex thing and the back pain solution focuses on helping you figure out what is causing your pain, and to help you get relief by changing the way you move and do things. We can't guarantee that your pain will go away 100% (anyone who says they can is probably lying) but you will have resources that you can do to alleviate pain and move in ways that are less irritating to your body.
The beauty of online courses is that all of the information is available online so you can access it at any time. Each video is relatively short so you don’t have to commit to watching a whole section at a time. BUT to address the elephant in the room, you DO have to MAKE time to take care of yourself and develop a habit that will provide lasting pain relief.
I completely understand! I designed this program to have redundancy and have the same information presented a few different ways. I provide an exercise guide with pictures and written descriptions of all exercises, as well as video and verbal instruction of all exercises where I explain proper form, mistakes to avoid, and modifications!
In short, you really only need a firm surface to lie down on, and a chair. While not 100% necessary, some things that will be helpful in the future is:
- Yoga mat
- Small ball or pillow
- Resistance bands to progress exercises down the road

The program is self-paced. Some people dive in and go through everything right away, others take some time sifting through things and move a bit slower. You will learn something in the very first module that you can start implementing right away. Here’s the thing though. Progress and results are entirely up to you. I can’t make guarantees on your specific results, but if you put in the work and implement what you learn, you will see a difference. Generally speaking, low back pain resolves in 6-8 weeks with commitment to your program.
You are among friends! I would not consider myself to be very tech savvy so I have purposely chosen a course platform that is user friendly. While the videos must be accessed from the course platform, a lot of the course information can be downloaded as a PDF and all of the information will live in the course platform so you can go back to it as much as you need to. You can also open the course platform on your phone and save it to your home screen for easy access!
