The workshop training is about 40 minutes long with instruction, exercise demo, and discussing progression and modifications. You can work through it at your own pace and you will have access to it in your course dashboard to go back and rewatch if you'd like.
In this workshop, we cover the different phases of recovery and we cover exercises that can be done in sitting to help with ankle pain even if you can't put weight on your foot/ankle.

This workshop includes a lot of education and showing you many different things you can do when you have an ankle sprain. Some of it you may not feel the need to use right now, other things you may feel you want to start with right away.
