I literally can't count how many ankle injuries I've had in my lifetime, but I can tell you about the most recent bad one I've had. A few months ago, I was walking my dog...I stepped funny off of a curb and instantly sprained my ankle. I'll spare you the details, but it was bad. I wasn't sure if I could walk on it, but I did. My PT brain started working right away. It was a bad sprain, so ice and elevation were definitely happening...but so was exercise. Deliberate exercise. I attribute those exercises to my recovery and, in this workshop, I will teach you these exercises and how you can rehab yourself too.

With this approach, you don't have to just rest and hope for the best, you will have a clear set of things you can actually do right away to get relief.

First off, I'm sorry to hear that, but yes! This workshop will help you whether you've had 1 ankle sprain or many, whether its a minor sprain, or a major sprain, we cover things that will help.

How long will it take to go through the workshop workshop?

The workshop training is about 40 minutes long with instruction, exercise demo, and discussing progression and modifications. You can work through it at your own pace and you will have access to it in your course dashboard to go back and rewatch if you'd like.

How can I do exercise if my ankle hurts to stand on it?

In this workshop, we cover the different phases of recovery and we cover exercises that can be done in sitting to help with ankle pain even if you can't put weight on your foot/ankle.

When do I get access to the content?

What if I can't do some of the exercises?

This workshop includes a lot of education and showing you many different things you can do when you have an ankle sprain. Some of it you may not feel the need to use right now, other things you may feel you want to start with right away. It is completely up to you and you will have access to the workshop and guide if and when you do feel you may want to do some of the things we cover.
